Introducing and even teaching new tools and ways of behaving can be challenge for any level of executive but the most critical phase is when participants get back in their everyday setting. This can be true in the C-Suite as well as the front lines and especially between functions and business units. At Catallysts, we have developed new ways to support learning after the formal program has finished to support the new perspectives in addressing challenges and confronting uncertainty

  • Action Projects – The participants are assigned group projects based on their learning of new management methods. They have to complete these projects under specific timelines and guidance of a mentoring team created (having top management members, industry experts and faculties)
  • Experiential Exchanges and Industry Visits – The participants are taken on exchange programs where they are made to interact with similar industry professionals and through industry visits they get to see how these new concepts are being used in industry.
  • Innovation Xpress – We create innovation labs with students and doctoral candidates for the participants to explore and brain storm areas in which they can use their newly learnt techniques back to work
  • Customized Simulations – We design customized simulations using real life data of the client firm to provide an accurate decision making environment in which the participants are asked to take decisions (in groups)
  • Team Work A new concept designed to adapt more common peer-to-peer coaching to provide a discussion-based peer sharing structure. Regular but somewhat less formal sessions are conducted in a “virtual room” (e.g. Meeting room or multi-party video conference) about ongoing project successes every 2 weeks during intercession or post-course completion. A (professionally) facilitated discussion revolves around debriefing project progress and spotlights break-through successes to share wins and reinforce progress.
  • Content-at-Work Advisory Over a four/six -month period during and after the program, we can provide a service whereby participants can reach out to a panel of advisors that can provide feedback, insights to apply tools and act as a sounding board in overcoming obstacles, articulating needs and using content in practice. Effort is focused around support to apply the tools learned once they are back in the real world workplace.
