Anand Kasturi
Dr. Anand Kasturi is a consultant trainer with over 20 years of experience working with organisations and leadership teams in the area of services management/ customer centricity. He has delivered workshops across 15 countries – to Governments, large global corporations, startups, micro-enterprises, and non-profits. Ami Shah
For over a decade and a half, Ami Shah has been involved in the profession of creating brands, managing customer expectations & creating demand for complex solutions. An engineer by training, and a marketer by choice; Shah has worked with B2B and B2C companies across different industry sectors in India and Southeast Asia.

Presently, she is associated with IIM Bangalore and IIM Calcutta as a visiting faculty for Digital Marketing courses. She has authored several business cases that are published in Harvard Business Publishing and Ivey Publishing. Ms. Shah is serving the Ministry of I&B as an advisory panel member on the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC); and is also a mentor at L-Incubator, an incubation center at IIM Lucknow.
