Anand Sanjay Nuli
Anand Sanjay M Nuli has over 10 years’ experience
and specializes in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Supreme Court of India.
He has various honours and degrees to
his credit including a Masters of Philosophy in Labour Studies from Madurai
Kamaraj University, Masters of Law in Environmental Law and Bachelor of Laws
from University Law College, Bangalore University, Post-Graduation in
Intellectual Property Rights and Bio-technology from National Law School of
India University, Post-Graduation in Industrial Relations and Personnel
Management from Bharati Vidya Bhavan.
He has worked as an Article Clerk under Hon'ble
Justice Mr. D. V. Shylendra Kumar, High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore. He joined Atlas Legal (U.S based law firm) as
a Legal and Research Consultant wherein he gained insight into U.S. Law
System. He practiced at the High Court
of Karnataka, in the law chambers of Advocate Subba Reddy.
He practiced in the Supreme Court of India under the
guidance of Mr. Gopal Subramanium, Senior Counsel (Former Solicitor General of
India), New Delhi, with immense exposure in practice and procedure at the
Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, other apex commissions and
Tribunals at Delhi. Since January 2008, he is practicing independently at the
Supreme Court of India.
He is enrolled with
Bar Council of Karnataka, Bangalore and is licensed to practice in any part of India.
He is also a member of Supreme Court Bar Association of India, and High Court
Advocates’ Association at Bangalore.
